Multi-Axis Milling

Newell Corp. offers both vertical and horizontal milling solutions, with 3-, 4- and 5-axis capability. Many milling applications begin with solid stock material while subsequent features are added such as holes, corners, radii, grooves, contours, and profiles.

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Newell Corp. provides several laser-cutting and engraving services. The company’s largest CO2 laser envelope is 36” x 48” and is ideal for large engravings and cutting plastics. Newell Corp.’s fiber laser envelope is ~12” x ~12” and is best for small, high quantity engraving and thin metal, shim cutting.

Inspection & Metrology

Newell Corp. has an internal and industry partner to take care of all its inspection needs. The services offered range from basic weld VT to complete laser tracker and CMM first article inspection reports.
