Now Hiring: Welder / Fabricator – Arlington, WA
Pay: $25–$40/hr. | Excellent Benefits | 4-Day Workweek

 

We are growing! Newell Corporation is currently hiring Welders to join our growing fabrication team in Arlington, WA.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Welder at Newell Corp, you will be responsible for material/weld preparations, weldment fit-up, dimensional inspections and finish welding of products such as aerospace tooling, lifting equipment, construction equipment and weld build-ups for machinery repair.

 

Welder / Fabricator Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts.
  • Weld small and large components to customer specifications.
  • Use specialized machinery for industrial welding and oversee machines that perform the same job.
  • Assess welded surfaces, structures, and components to identify errors.

 

What You Bring:

  • Experience with GMAW (gas metal arc welding), FCAW (flux-cored arc welding), GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to pass a hands-on weld test to demonstrate welding ability to AWS D1.1
