Join Our Team as a Quality Control Coordinator – Arlington, WA

Newell Corporation is growing, and we’re looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team in Arlington, WA. If you're detail-oriented and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

 

What You’ll Do:

As a QC Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

 

You will:

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Verify and reconcile in-process certification verifications, and final inspection documents to specifications.
• Create and update tracking sheets, bubble drawings, and inspection forms.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving department to release products for outside processes, and finished products to customers.
• Update tracking sheet and distribute reports to appropriate teams.
• Maintaining detailed inspection records and quality documentation.
• Collecting data - Monitor Maintain QA documents.
• Apply safe material handling practices (forklifts, overhead hoists).
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

 

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, indicators, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Exposure to, or ability to learn, ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Schedule (4-10’s):

Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
