Now Hiring: Manufacturing Program Manager – Arlington, WA

Newell Corporation is currently hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager to join our growing team in Arlington, WA.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Manufacturing Program Manager at Newell Corp, you will quote and manage machining and fabrication projects from inception to delivery. You will also drive our project management process and maintain positive relationships with customers.

 

Manufacturing Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Quote complex fabrication, machining, and assembly projects
• Determine the necessary resources for each project.
• Create detailed project plans with relevant team members from engineering, fabrication, and machining.
• Perform detailed analyses and progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

 

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience managing manufacturing projects or programs.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects with AS9100 requirements or similar.
• Ability to quote complex fabrication, machining, and assembly projects.
• Experience using CAD software such CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar.
• Experience working as a manufacturing manager or mechanical engineer a plus.

 

Pay & Perks:

• Competitive Salary Range: $120,000-$160,000, plus performance incentives
