We are currently looking for a Front Desk Admin to join the growing team at Newell Corporation!

What Youโ€™ll Do:

As a Front Desk Admin (Reception), you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role ensures smooth front desk operations and contributes to a positive experience for clients, employees, and guests.

You will:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Announce visitors and direct them to the proper office when authorized.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area.
  • Maintain internal schedules and calendars for the organization. This can include adding events and meetings to shared calendars, updating event information, and recording appointments.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the work environment.

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an office coordinator, office administrator, receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Clean, neat, and appropriate appearance for a business casual environment.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability.

Pay & Perks:

  • Pay: $20โ€“$25/hour

Physical Demands:
